Q2: Why can't I receive the anti-counterfeiting code

A2: If the anti-counterfeiting code cannot be searched, physical verification can be carried out. We can find our anti-counterfeiting label with the words "Qiqianmao" on the outer box of the product to identify the authenticity by physical methods.

Water coating method:

Q3: Why is the battery display incorrect?

A3: ①LED screen display product: It is recommended that when you use this product for the first time, 1. First use the mobile power supply to 0% (complete discharge learning); 2. Then charge the mobile power supply from 0% to 100% (completely discharge and charge Learn). Note: Do not power down or unplug the charging cable during the charging process from 0 to 100% when the startup screen is displayed. If it is interrupted, it needs to be reactivated from 0 to 100%~

②LED light display product: When using the LED light product for the first time after receiving the goods, it is recommended to use up the power first, and then charge it for 2-3 hours before using it.

Q4: Why is there no fast charge

A4: Fast charging can only be done if the following conditions are met:

1. The mobile phone supports fast charging;

2. The data line supports fast charging;

3. It is connected to the fast charging interface;

4. Compatible with fast charging protocol

When the above four are satisfied, you can only fast charge one device, and the fast charge will be turned off for two or more devices~
