RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
The following rules and guidelines are set forth in this document to define returns and refunds policy.

1. Application for Returns/ Refunds:
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Returns and Refunds Policy and the Terms of Service, a customer/ buyer may apply for the return of purchased items or refund prior to the platform's guaranteed return period as stated under the Terms of Service Policy.
The platforms guarantee a return period as stated in the Terms of Service Policy, on customer/buyer request the platform's administrators will assist in dealing with certain conflicts if necessary. The seller and buyer may communicate with each other privately to resolve any claims and disputes and may also seek relevant authorities to assist if necessary, during the return period guarantee.

2. Application for Item Returns:
A customer/ buyer may only apply for returns and/or refund of the item/ product falls under these circumstances:
The item has not been received by the customer/ buyer.
The item was defective or damaged on delivery.
The item delivered does not match the item specification and description provided by the seller such as model, variant, size, color, and accessories.
The item delivered is materially different from the item specification and description provided by the seller.
The seller must agree and confirm this policy by accepting all the platform's Terms of Service during the creation of the seller account.
The customer/ buyer may provide formal notification through our customer service if necessary to assist and evaluate applications for returns and refunds.
The platform administrators may hold purchase monies until a formal determination is available during an event where a customer/ buyer has commenced legal action against a seller.

3. No Change of Mind:
A customer/ buyer cannot apply for the return or refund of purchases due to a change of mind.

4. Seller Rights:
In an event that the platform receives an application from a customer/ buyer for return and/or refund, Lahat Dito PH will notify the seller and the seller must respond within 3 to 5 Days.
If the seller does not respond to the application the platform administrators will proceed to assess the customer/ buyer’s application further notifying the seller to reach a formal determination regarding the application.

5. Condition of Item Returns:
To ensure a fast and hassle-free experience when returning an item, the customer/ buyer should ensure that the item including the original packaging, invoices, accessories, complementary items that come with the package.

6. Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee:
In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller’s end like damaged items and incorrect products delivered to the customer/ buyer, the seller will shoulder the buyer’s return shipping fee.
In the scenario that the customer/ buyer has changed its mind, granted that the seller has allowed and granted the request of the customer/ buyer. The customer/ buyer will
shoulder the shipping fees.
In the scenario where both the customer/ buyer and seller are disputing the party liable for the shipping fee, the platform administrators at its sole discretion will determine the party liable to shoulder the shipping fee.

7. Refunds
Approved return applications refunds will only be paid back to the customer/ buyer when the seller has received the returned item. In case where Lahat Dito PH will not hear from the seller within 7 Days we will refund the purchase amount without notice to the seller. The refund will come from the platforms main account.

8. Communication Seller and Customer:
Lahat Dito PH encourages sellers and customers to communicate with each other and customers/ buyers are allowed to reach out and contact the seller directly for any arising issue during the purchase process.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
