Installation is NOT recommended for those without technical skill of disassembling/assembling smartphone parts. Incorrect installation can easily lead to screen damage. Tutorial on how to install is not included nor will be provided upon purchase.

Important Note: LCD is a fragile item. All products are tested and verified in good condition before shipment. If a customer receives it in damaged condition, it likely occurred during transit. We, as a seller, have no control over this.

Please double check or test the item first upon receive. If you receive the item already damaged, please reach out to our customer service immediately and submit a video as proof. Do NOT install it to your smartphone if you detect a problem during the test.

Warranty: 7 days upon purchase if you receive it with issue or damaged. Once the screen is installed (with either screw or glue), warranty NO longer applies.

Policy Reminder: For your 100% assurance on returning Defective LCD Replacement item, don't remove the sticker label while testing it. Once the sticker is removed, we will consider the item is in good condition. No Sticker label, no return/warranty.

For item requested for seller return, please make sure that the item is well-packed, secure with bubble wrap (bubble wrap received with your parcel is reusable). This is to avoid further damage during transit back to seller.
