*Excellent for easily seasoning food with fresh milled pepper or salt. With an excellent ceramic milling mechanism with adjustable grain size.
*Made of the noble wood of the Brazilian rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis),

*Clean with a moistened cloth and dry
*Instruction: Filling: Unscrew the grain size regulator, remove the upper half of the mill and fill the lower part with whole pepper or coarse salt up to approx. 1 cm below the rim. Place the white(salt) or the dark (pepper) ring onto the edge of the lower part of the mill and assemble the mill.
*Grain size adjustment: For coarser grain, loosen the regulator and tighten it for finer grain.
*Application: Place the filled mill above a food and season the food by rotating the upper half of the mill.
