Place Warm water, 6.1 fl oz(180ml) with 104~113F, yeast(4g), and Pancake Mix(296g) in a Bowl and knead for 5 minutes Rub Cooking oil on hands and divide the douht into 8 balls. Flatten each ball and add a spoonful of filling(0.5 oz) to the center. Fold the dough over and press the edges to seal in the filling. Lightly oil and preheat a Frying pan over low heat. Cook hte dough seal side down until lightly browned. Flip the dough and flatten with a Spatula. Cook for 1~2 minutes and flip again. Cook the other side for 1~2 minutes. Enjoy!
