Head: Scraping the middle of the head to the hair. Do all over your head.
Face: Around the face. point the center midway between the eyebrows. Then scrape out in circle radius in all directions, or scrape out beside it.
Eye: For the eyes closed. Then scrape gently. from left to right of your eye. And all the region around the eyes. Scraping down the weight just enough to feel comfortable.
Back: Scrape back near adjacent vertebrae. Scraped from the neck down to the waist. The rest of area scrape off the sides.
Chest: Scrape the front of the body. Starting from the middle of the chest under shoulder scraping down or scrape outside. Under the breasts scraping the grooves of the ribs toward the navel.
Top Body: Scrape the neck, arms, hands, hips, legs, feet or uncomfortable point if you can't remember direction. Scrape down or scrape in the direction that you feel comfortable.
