- Pyrantel embonate (Combantrin™) treats common worms like threadworms, roundworms and hookworms and is gentle on kids.
- How does Pyrantel embonate (Combantrin™) work?
- Pyrantel Embonate is the active ingredient in Combantrin™
- Pyrantel Embonate works as a ‘neuro-muscular blocking agent’, effectively paralyzing the worms inside the body
- This allows them to be passed out of the body with a bowel movement
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Combantrin is an effective and fast treatment for roundworms, pinworms and hookworms. Combantrin eliminates these three common intestinal worms with just one dose. It can be taken taken in the morning or before bedtime. Reinfection, however, is possible. Hence periodic worm treatment is remommended for the whole family (preferrably 4 times a year or once every three months).
WORMS - A MENACE TO HEALTH
A worm-infected child is suceptible to diseases because his/her body resistance is lowered. Even if you provide the proper nutrition, he will become this and sickly if he/she has worms. That's because worms take away the nutrients he gets. The worms benefit from the food he eats.
