FYRING DIRECTION
1. Dip Shrimp in batter, allowing excess to drain slightly
2. Slide gently into hot oil.
3. Fry a few at a time to avoid lowering oil temperature.
4. Fry one Side , turn and fry other side until golden and done.
5. Drain on wire rack or paper towel.
6. Repeat with other ingredients
7. Occasionally skin oil with wire strainer to remove peaces of cooked batter.
8. Serve at once with Tentsuyu (Tempura Dipping Sauce).

Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour niacin . iron, thiamine , mononitrate, riboflavin)
Wheat Starch
Egg Whites
Leavening (Baking Soda)
