Neutrogena Deep Clean Micellar Purifying Water, powered by its revolutionary Triple Micellar Technology offers a one-step 7-in-1 cleanse. Effective against skin impurities & heavy makeup removal, including around the eyes. It helps preserve the skin’s essential moisture while purifying skin for a healthy, radiant and shine-free look.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply the product to a cotton pad and wipe the face, lips, & neck. For the eye make-up, place the soaked cotton pad onto closed eyes for 5-10 seconds before wiping off. No need to rub. No need to rinse.
