Add 450g of VIRGINIA Elbow Macaroni Pasta to boiling water. Stir gently during the first 2 minutes to keep pasta from sticking together. 3. Return to a boil. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1 minute. 4. Remove from heat. Drain well. 5.
