DURUM WHEAT PASTA BY VIRGINIA!

Durum Wheat Semolina

Cooking Time: 8-12 minutes
Cooking Directions:
1. Bring 5 liters water to a rolling boil, add 2 tbsps salt to taste.
2. Add 500g of VIRGINIA Premium Gold Label Spaghetti to boiling water. Stir gently during the first 2 minutes to keep pasta from sticking together.
3. Return to a boil. Cook uncovered for 8 to 12 minutes until tender and firm to the bite (al dente)
4. Remove from heat. Drain well.
5. Serve immediately with your favorite save.
Double the amount of water and salt when cooking 1kg Spaghetti.
