1. Queen Ivana Cornstarch
for thickening gravies, sauces, soups stews, when recipe calls for flour, use half as much Queen Ivana Cornstarch.
2. To thicken Hot Liquids
use equal amount of Queen Ivana Cornstarch with equal amount of cold liquid. Mix until smooth before to hot liquid.
3. To Marinate
Add Marinada to the meat and stir until absorbed and becomes sticky. Add little Queen Ivana Cornstarch to the meat. to separate meat during stir-frying, and some oil to the meat before frying.
