How to use Quinoa:
‣ Can be consumed on its own, as ingredients for recipes, or substitute for rice.
‣ Rinse ½ cup of quinoa in cold water and drain.
‣ Cook in a covered pot with 1 cup of water over high heat. Bring to a boil and decrease heat to maintain a simmer. Cook for around 10-20 mins.
‣ Rest by removing the pot from the heat and covering it for 5-10 minutes.
‣ Fluff with a fork and enjoy your quinoa!
