Each box consists:
1pc Virginia Spaghetti Gourmet Pasta 500g
1pc Virginia Spaghetti Sauce 500g
SPAGHETTI MEATBALLS RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 pack Spaghetti Gourmet Pasta 500g
1/2 kg Ground Beef
1 pack Virginia Beef Meatballs 250g
750 grams Virginia Spaghetti Sauce
5 pieces Laurel Leaves (Bay Leaves)
1/3 cup Brown or White Sugar
2 pieces Green Bell Pepper, diced
1 piece White Onion, chopped
1 head Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
3/4 Water
1 cup Cheese, grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1) Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
2) In a saucepan or work, saute garlic and onion in cooking oil.
3) Add ground beef, laurel leaves, bell pepper and water. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.
4) Add spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper then let simmer for another 10 minutes.
5) Add sugar and meatballs. Continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
6) Serve with cooked pasta and top with cheese.
